Procedure

Prepare phase A with gentle mixing. Once completely dispersed, add trace amounts of citric acid solution until mixture clears. Add phase B while continuing to slowly mix. Slowly blend in phase C and mix until uniform. Begin premixing phase D and heat until smooth (60°C). Remove heat and slowly add water phase (A-C) into phase D mixure. Allow batch to cool to 40°C and add preservative. Add phase F. Adjust pH of system to 5.0-5.5 with citric acid solution (50% aqueous) as required.
